Working Principle of Sand Making Machine
From the top of the sand maker, rocks or other materials fall vertically into the high-speed whirling impeller. The high-speed rotation and centrifugal effect causes them to shunt around the impeller in the form of the umbrella resulting in the striking and crushing of materials. The materials do not bump into each other but form vortex striking with each other between the impeller and chassis.
After being crushed, the materials are directly discharged from the under-part of the machine and sieved to acquire the grain size of final products.
